White Hall Public Library Meeting Room Policy
 
If meeting room facilities are available, the meeting room is coordinated through the manager of each particular location. Meeting rooms are available to non-profit groups not to exceed the capacity of the room. Special events sponsored by the Library, such as Children's Activities, Genealogy Seminars, etc., are permissible at any time. A schedule of meeting room times and guidelines for use are available at each location, and are set by the Director of the Library
System.
 
The Library has first priority for all meeting facilities. Any unforeseen Library need will take precedence over any previously scheduled events.
